Crisshaun and I have met in Thailand, a day where he was leading a meditation group practice. He followed me to France and we have decided to stay and live a new experience together in Lyon!

Born I France, she is a yoga teacher, reiki, meditative & Thai massage practionner. She has traveled around the world since she is 20 yrd.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've been discovering couchsurfing by a friend of me when I was in Geneva in 2016!

By then, I discovered the concept during my trip in South America. I've been hosted by locals people and I enjoyed a lot because you get good information & nice tips, you understand better the culture, you improve the language of the country where you stay and overall, I liked the connection between human being!
I was so grateful to this community that after my first experiences, I organized free Yoga Classes in Chiang Mai, Thailand!

So far, I've not been surfing a lot but you can be sure that I will respect you and your home, i'm not a naughty person, I'll be quiet. I am a friendly person!

My routine is very important to me! Meditation, breath works, yoga! What else?!

Hmm... Food! Of course, I'm vegetarian and I have an interest about ayurveda.

I've got my PADI Open water diver en 2015 in Philippins!
