Hi, I'm Alexandra, 22 years old, and currently living in Würzburg. I'm a laid back fun loving person, that loves to hang out with friends and to meet new people. I love animals, especially cats, got two of them, and a little one we found and rescued, now living at my boyfriends'.

Travelling means pure fun to me. The best journey I had so far was a 3-month-stay in Australia after school graduation which was absolutely amazing since I never left Europe before. It definitely tempted me to see more parts of the world so my next trip was a 2-month Roadtrip along the US.

When travelling I prefer to stay in hostels with my backpack and organize the journey by myself. It's much more fun and simply an adventure!

I'd describe myself as a reliable and tolerant person. I get along with funny people the best, a little craziness can never be wrong! I try to live my life as easy as I can and not to regret anything at all!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What makes a journey special is definitely the people you meet while travelling. I signed up on Couchsurfing because it's just a great way to meet people from different countries, ethnicities, cultures.
I just started an apprenticeship, so my current mission is to host as many surfers as I can to not let my daily life get boring ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i loved Australia so far! it's probably the most exciting thing I've done so far. One of the best moments was the snorkeling tour in the Great Barrier Reef when I met a huge sea turtle and followed him around a small island.
The whole Australia trip, the land, the people, the feeling. Amazing!
