I'm Ukrainian, but having lived in different countries for many years, I don't feel like I belong anywhere in particular. I'm always trying to discover as much as I can whether it be countries, cultures or people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is basically my life. I mostly enjoy classic rock, britpop, indie-rock and post-punk bands, my all time favourites being The Beatles, Joy Division, The Smiths, The National, Oasis, The Libertines.

My all time favourite authors is Oscar Wilde, but I also love books by George Orwell, Richard Brautigan and Jack Kerouac (and other beatniks), Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, P.G. Wodehouse, Johnathan Safraen Foer and loads of others I can't think of at the moment.

My favourite director is Wes Anderson. I also love TV shows like Black Books, The IT Crowd, Big Bang Theory, and many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once knitted a scarf for one of my favourite musicians. He was impressed. When I met him later that year in Paris, he recognised me and said he still remembered me and my present.
