ABOUT ME

First and foremost, I love life! I love to laugh hard and think deep. My passions are traveling, sailing, growing plants, working with and understanding homeopathic remedies, incorporating sustainable living systems into daily life, and seeking out adrenaline-pumping, outdoor adventure activities. Things I really enjoy in my daily life include meeting new and interesting people, tending to my plants, cooking, meditating, running, reading, hiking, yoga, knitting, spending time at the beach or in nature, playing tennis, making spontaneous decisions, listening to music that fits my mood, shattering old paradigms, stretching my mental and physical limits, getting a full nights rest, man this list could go on for a while. . .

I have lightly hosted and been hosted. I love both and have had nothing but wonderful experiences thus far.

Spent time with locals on the top of a mountain in Fiji learning to hunt and cook bat, finding hidden waterfalls, and changing my perspective on life.
