ABOUT ME

This year is very important to me because I feel I need it to step outside of the mold that is my life at home and take a breath of fresh air. I love my field of study - archaeology - and I love the travel opportunities and adventures that it presents. I am in my element when I am dirty and digging up the possessions of people who lived thousands of years ago. I love the idea of being on the frontier of knowledge and that is why a day-to-day office job terrifies me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never personally been couchsurfing, but I know a lot of people who have. Many of them have also made their couches available, so I have met some amazing people through them. I am currently studying on exchange at UC Santa Barbara and I hope to use my holidays to discover the USA from the grass-roots level.
