About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Yoga is a way of living

ABOUT ME

I'am originally from Moscow. It's the capital of Russia.
I like Russia and I think it's the best country for creative ideas, unusual people and unpredictable developments.
I'm a yoga teacher and all my life is connected with the health and the health mind. Yoga is not just practice for the body, it's the way of thinking and living.
I like to communicate with different people and get to know how they live, tell them about yoga, positive things, our destination in this world and what we can do for this world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like traveling and I like people, who like to travel and have some freedom of action in their soul. Also I like strangers. Just several phrases and you understand the person, which you see for first and the last time.

I don't have such experience yet.

When I was in India my friends and I had a great jorney from the south to the north. We climbed higher and higher on the way to Himalayas. We have seen a lot of Indian people, different ashrams, different rituals and finaly we reached the northen town which called Badrinath. It was cold there so much and the temperature was about 0 or -3, but there were't any warm hotels, no heaters, because Indians don't know about heaters or something warm in the rooms, so they wore a lot of the warm clothes (sweaters, jackets, caps). So it was a great challenge for us. We had to sleep under 5 blankets and in the morning there wasn't any warm water as well. We woke up and went to practice yoga. Several people of our group couldn't accept such accommodations and left this place. We had only five people left who could climbed the glacier and go downstairs.
