ABOUT ME

I'm half russian and half canadian. I'm a musician - I've played piano since the age of four. I currently study in Moscow :-) I want to learn languages and meet people - I LOVE learning about other cultures and exploring new cities. And I'm very relaxed, always up for trying new things !!

To have a fuller experience when I travel - interacting with the locals and really understanding what the place is all about. Also, to meet young people who can recommend things (cafes, parks etc) that might not be on tourists websites.

兴趣

People with interesting stories - and people who are genuinely interested in other people's stories. Learning new things which surprise me.
Yummy food.
Cinema.
Dancing ! So music as well, of course.

Independent Art House films are my favourite... If i list some film now I have seen which I loved (off the top of my head) Funny Face, An Education, Blow-up, Jeune et Belle, La Grande Bellezza, Breathe for us, Manchester by the sea.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A week in Iceland - low season, rented a car with two friends (i had bought the flights a few weeks before) and drove to the other side of the island, and up a mountain. Then climbed another mountain and stayed for there for a couple days - slept in the car. Didn't see another human being or hear another sound that wasn't made by us and could see for absolutely miles.
