About Me

Let the Beauty I love be what I do

I am flowing in and out of form. Perhaps akin to a jellyfish at the whim of the ocean currents. I love to dance at least as much.
As I sink my hands into the rich earth I know that I am here to be much more than any 9-5er. I am here to truly come alive- because that is what the world needs. People who are living in their truth, and I'm a seeker of that truth. In myself, and in others.

I let go of all that I was and all that I may become so I can BE all that I AM.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm mostly a surfer.

Only good things to report here. I have been exceptionally touched by the openness of the hearts of my hosts.

Music, Movies, and Books

Excellent expressions of the human capacity. It can allow one to explore the infinity without and within.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked Electric Peak in Yellowstone National Park the summer of 2012. It could hardly be called "hiking". From the base of the mountain to the summit is 4.6 miles ( add another 9 miles for the hike in), and nearly a mile climb in elevation. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life, but the view from the top made the cramps, sweat, and yes, some tears all worth it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've recently started teaching kids yoga- what a mind opener. Reminds me to keep that child-like wonder as I dance through life, learning as much as I'm teaching. I hope to get into a teacher training soon.
I'm also a Reiki practitioner, which has allowed me to see that we all have to capacity to heal- ourselves and others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share stories, hugs, reiki, and cooking.
