Music, Movies, and Books

I don't watch tv, but enjoy a good movie now and again. I usually gravitate more towards documentaries or foreign films. My favorite movie is "City of God". I enjoy all kinds of music. My favorite books are: The Witch of Portobello, The Road Less Traveled, When Things Fall Apart, anything else by Pema Chodron, and of course Pablo Neruda.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sound of prayer flags flapping furiously in the wind under a night sky, a silent moment with a split tailed hummingbird on a grassy knoll, phosphorescence on a beach, laughs with strangers, loosing myself, and the present moment.
