About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To grasp the good bits of life

ABOUT ME

I have read more than one book. I'm enamored with film, storytelling and fiction writing. I have a best friend, it's a bicycle. Currently nourishing a love for running.

Not easily offended (seriously, try your best; no, i'm kidding), an ease to speak with, a lover of international perspectives,

Tolerant. Free - well, aren't we chained to freedom? Discuss.

PHILOSOPHY

Keep chopping away the bad bits; never stop learning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far new to this...hoping to meet new people, and share ideas and create experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None thus far!

A lovely gal recommend the site after I asked about couch surfing. Tentative travel plans brewing at the moment.

Interests

Reading and cinema for the most part. Writing here and there, being on bicycle and going fast. Running more and more, eating fruits, nuts and vegetables.

People from afar, then the special ones up close.
Argumentation, being corrected of something I held to be true - such a satisfying experience.
Learning, learning, learning.

Music, Movies, and Books

This would be an exhausting list.

Seen Linklater's Before Midnight three times. Currently my favorite film.

Bukowski, Fante, Carver, Murakami & Junot Diaz. Writers I've been revisiting this past year.

Wilco, Dylan & Fleetwood Mac. Music that's been constantly running through my head.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've seen thus far...hmm. Can't say I guess, maybe I've yet to see that thing that's amazing enough to write here that it was amazing.

I've done one amazing thing, according to how I view myself: I sold most of my possessions, packed up the remainder of my belongings and moved my body to another country - all for a girl (that's how it goes, huh).

Also, the perplexity of being alive is hella amazing.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

Dominican Republic, France
