About Me

ABOUT ME

They would say I need a normal pair of running shoes ha! I'm always talking to them about some new thing I've read about or something cool I've seen on YouTube. However, the fun part is trying it out yourself and seeing how things evolve. They would say that I'm a cool natured dude, with an interest in approaching life differently. You could say that life is one hell of an interesting experiment that becomes more fascinating the more you put your mind and heart into it.

Interests

I'm much more interested in learning about things that enrich my life rather than watching tv but its nice to occasionally deactivate the brain and watch fox news ha! It's all good, currently I'm into raising my consciousness and awareness. However, I'm almost a complete newbie but find it so fascinating and relevant. I think many of us have been pushed into a heightened awareness in response to the ever increasing dysfunction of our humanity. Other things that I like are running especially trail running, improvising on electric or classical guitar, biking, traveling and picking up new interests from other people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's been so many lately. I recently ran my first half marathon. It was also my first trail race. I couldnt stop smiling, it was such an incredible thrill to run in such a beautiful, mentally stimulating and physically demanding course. To date it is the funnest running experience I've had. Recently I've seen several videos of Bruce Lipton author of the book The Biology of Belief, and found it very interesting how he explains how he came to understand through his research that genes are not deterministic and rather that the environment dictates how genes are expressed. That environment is directly related to what we perceive by way of our thoughts and senses. Great stuff, check it out!
