Recently finished uni, I studied innovation and now it's time to broaden my influences and experience a little bit more of the world.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Right now I am looking for people to stay with and point me in the right direction in new cities. When I get home I would like to host and help some people explore Auckland and NZ.

兴趣

I am really into my music, I like going to gigs and seeing local bands and I am trying to get better at guitar. I like photography and spend a lot of time on my motorbike exploring the country. I plan to spend a couple of months touring the South Island on my motorbike when I get home and I would love to cross America by motorcycle one day.

音乐、电影和书籍

Music: A bit of everything, my favourite bands of the moment are Tame Impala, Bonobo, LCD Soundsystem, Yuck, Mogwai and Alt-J. The best gig I have ever been to was Dan Deacon playing in a sweaty basement back home in Auckland.

Books: A fair bit of non-fiction. I like reading books about interesting people or places and (when I can afford them) photography books. Slowly working my way through the classics.

Camping at the top of Volcan Telica in Nicaragua. We were close enough to smell the sulfur from our tents and you could see lava from the edge of the crater.

Learning Spanish is the main thing right now, but I'm also learning guitar and would love to learn to surf.
