ABOUT ME

An organism. An introverted extrovert.

I'm a simple person. Being in nature puts me in a good state of mind. My favourite place that I've lived in my short life has been the Canadian Rocky Mountains. I haven't travelled all that much yet, but in the past two years I've seen quite a bit. Canada is a big place - you should explore your own backyard before you leave for other places. I haven't even come close to exploring my own backyard...so I have a lot of work to do.

I like to think that I'm a nice person, calm and open-minded. I love to learn more about people and the places they live. I read almost too much when I was younger, and it has both opened my eyes to different aspects of life, but also made me quieter as a person. If I seem somewhat shy when I first meet you, I'm just observing and taking it all in.

Very few so far! But positive, of course.

Interests

The typical. Reading, looking at things, being in new places. Being active - I love the feeling I get after I've gone for a run, though I'm not such a big fan of the actual running (ha). Yoga is beautiful, I don't do it as much as I wish I did. It puts me in a different state of mind entirely. Reading is my escape, it usually puts me at ease (depends, of course, on what I'm reading...!)

Music, Movies, and Books

Michael Winter is the best author...but I'll read, listen, and watch mostly everything. Though more and more I realize that there are certain books, certain songs, certain films for every different mood and emotion, and how I feel largely dictates what I feel like reading, listening to, or watching.
