Overview
About Me
Well. I'm 25, half of my life I lived in a small town in Belarus, the second half in Volgograd (former Stalingrad) in Russia. I have a degree in teaching English and German, but never even used to do it, so for the moment I work as an assistant in construction of gas plant in the Far North of Russia (google Sabetta). Due to rotation-basis of my work I try to spend every non-working month travelling and exploring the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because it is always exciting to learn something, which is known only by people living in a place I'm going to visit
Music, Movies, and Books
In fact I don't have any specific "favorite music", usually my playlist depends on the mood, but for sure I am up to acoustic guitar, which I even play from time to time. I can just name Jason Mraz, the xx, James Blunt, Philipp Poisel and some Russian singers, which you may hardly know, as my "most listened" ones.
Concerning books there are some really good masterpieces, which really touched me to the row: E.Voynich "The Gadfly", J. Salinger "The catcher in the rye" and, of course, J. Austen's "Pride and prejudice" (I am romantic). To relax I usually read detective stories, for example, by Guillaume Musso.
I am a great fan of horror movies, which I usually share with my best friend. Regarding non-horror I would identify "A beautiful mind" and again "Pride and prejudice" as my favorite films, as well as "How I met your mother" as my favorite series.
