I'm Alex. I live in Morgantown, West Virginia with three cats, a dog, and my beautiful wife Jenica. I like to travel and experience different cultures. Apart from my day job, I'm also a wedding photographer. Most of my travel is work related and I shoot several out of town weddings a year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and, when I travel, there is nothing more amazing than a local guide. My couchsurf hosts in Ireland were some of the most amazing people I have ever met and I hope to have many more experiences with like-minded people.

Interests

Photography; Music (I play banjo, drums, saxophone and a little piano. still trying to learn guitar and bass on the side); Snowboarding; computers/general tech; programming; I've been referred to as a serial hobbyist. I also love animals and the non-JJ Abrams Star Trek universe. In terms of religion, I consider myself a follower of the Gospel of Roddenberry.
