ABOUT ME

I don't want to self-congratulate here.
I'd rather do the opposite.
I'm a tall-ish, awkward, mumbling kind of chap. I regularly do silly, silly things.
Yesterday, for example, I very nearly flushed my glasses down the toilet. I suppose it could have been worse.
I like playing the guitar, and I want to move back into London before the year is out.
I love meeting people, travelling and drinking beer in the sun.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not sure I'm wise enough to have a personal philosophy. I try and treat everyone I meet as a friend and smile a lot. So far, so good.

I'm new to this whole thing and, for now, won't be able to offer a place to stay. This will change.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The most important 3 months of my life around North America meeting so many wonderful people while couch surfing.

I'm interested in having as many experiences which may not be particularly fun at the time, but which I know I'll be able to laugh about afterwards.

I'm amazed that I ran the London Marathon a few years ago. That still amazes me.

I also once ate 5, dry, weetabix without drinking any water.
