I'm a Chinese student studying, major in English language&literature. I Love traveling and art and photography! I think myself as a person full of curiosity. I love knowing new things and trying new stuffs. Sometimes I do things objectively, with logic like I sometimes make a good plan for a trip and follow it strictly. Sometimes I do not make any plan just make the accommodation and travel tickets settled. Traveling is a good way to see the world but I think talking to the people is an excellent way to know the place and its culture. That's what I'm doing now, even not that good. I try to chat with taxi.drivers, hosts if I could meet them, local people like people in the parks. I can be super lazy if there are people take in charge, if I travel with groups, I usually follow cause I'm lazy. However, I'm the person in charge or if I do the individual trip, I will do my best to make the trip as good as possible. I love photography if I find a good place or a good model, no one can ask me to leave until I get satisfied. I guess that's why my friends are always looking for me during trips while usual travelers are looking for places of interests and cars, Haha. Love painting even not professional and do not know much skills and do not know much knowledge about art history and artists. I will be very very talkative in terms of the stories and the areas that I'm interested in ( Art, Animations, Comix, Manga...). I may be very shy at first meet or the people who are very different from me( But this doesn't mean I a bad listener). I started to visit cities recent years, before that, I love nature and this is something about my travel experience as a child.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

No.1:I think this is a good way to talk with locals besides living in a homestay and meeting hosts by luck. Only seeing the place is not.enough to know, people is the group reflects the local culture.
No.2: I love traveling while I don't have much money, couchsurfing is a good way for meeting new people, traveling and saving money.
No.3: I want to make some changes of myself. This is something new and a challenge, I would like to try.

I like different sorts of books from novel, fictions, fantasy to non-fiction, historical books and graphic books. I Love Chinese traditional music and the music band: Coldplay. Especially interested in Chinese&Japanese animations. My favorite book is Little Prince and I like children's books ( The Happy Prince is my favorite one). Interested in movies and books that have stories like Forest Gump( Simple but in-depth and life related). Love all the works by Miyazaki Hayao.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

--Walking alone in Philly on Franklin Ave in a chilly evening from Art museum to the City Hall. It was sooo cold!!!
--Having a barefoot race with my mom and my little cousin on the Bai Causeway at Xihu Park in Hangzhou, China. We ran with barefoot !!! Wow~ Everyone who saw us seemed very surprised.
--Taking my mom to Thailand. Mom likes traveling with agency so she won't need to worry about anything. I persuaded her to travel with me one time just by ourselves. This trip made het satisfied even though she still says that she like group trip because seeing me and only talking with me is "boring" hahah.
