To explore new places, people, and things, learn to live in the moment, and put myself whole-heartedly into something new, that I've never done, and open my mind to any and all experiences that can better my understanding of the world.

ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm a 20-year-old girl born and raised in Boulder, CO, USA. I'm taking some time before I return to college to travel around, as it is something I have always wanted to do. Currently my plans are to fly into Barcelona at the end of July and backpack around southern Europe, staying in hostiles and with friends, basically going wherever the wind takes me. I'm open to anything, and just interested in exploring, seeing new things, and having a wonderful time.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm young so my personal philosophy is both defined and undefined. I believe in being down to Earth, but still finding beauty in everything, especially nature. Part of my wanting to travel is getting new life perspectives. I love what I believe but I also love hearing something new and really relating to it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the Couchsurfing program, but I'm very excited about it. A good friend recommended it to me as a way to travel Europe. Once I'm back in the states I would absolutely like to open my home to travelers.

Teach, Learn, Share

Something I strive to be, and think I have a decent handle on, is being at peace. Obviously this is a challenging thing to do as humans can be inherently chaotic. But something I find amazing about the pursuit of peace is the way it generates itself. If someone sees inner peace in me, it strengthens my well-being, and vice-versa! If I can meet people that I can engage in that exchange of philosophy and energy with, I believe both that person and I will walk away better and stronger.
