I am a wildlife scientist with a passion for nature and I love learning about our planet. I also have a very creative spirit, and enjoy art, music, but most of all dance. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m travelling Australia at the moment searching for my next career step. I am a bit of a flighty spirit, so I’m not looking to settle anywhere anytime soon. I am however looking to make connections, learn and experience. I love philosophy, getting to the nitty gritty of it, and I would love to hear the outlook, knowledge and wisdom of other souls.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy light, playful music as well as sometimes indulging in deeper psytrance. I love cartoons and video games, and the films I watch tend to be on the lighter side. I don’t read as much as I should, but when I do it is usually non-fiction, information heavy content, such as science or spirituality. I also very much enjoy stories about animals, especially anthropomorphised animals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to South Africa to work with a wildlife charity that collects data on endangered species. We used radio telemetry and cameras to monitor priority species including leopard, painted wolves, elephat, lion and cheetah.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am well educated in the fields of animal health, veterinary medicine, conservation and environmental science. I also have delved into philosophy and the metaphysical nature of our existence as well as the physical nature of our planet.
