I grew up in New York and moved to Arizona with my family when I was 12. I have never traveled outside of the country except on biz trips with the family to the Caribbean when I was very young. I have been wanting to travel for some time now. I want to learn about different cultures and learn other languages. At this time I can only speak English, but after a living in Italy for a year I should be able to speak Italian as wel

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that I am a vessel put on here on earth to serve a certain purpose, I have not yet found my purpose and want to experience as many things as i can in search for it. I believe that true happiness comes from doing what one loves and once I find something that I truly love I will find a way to make a career out of it. It truly brings me joy to help others so I definitely want to incorporate that in whatever i do.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just want to make friends to spend time with while I am in Italy and learn new things. I want to try new things, you never know what you like or are good at unless you try it. I would also like to meet people to travel with on short vacations from my nanny job or even on the weekends.

I like to do all types of things, like hiking, skiing, horseback riding, jet skiing, parting, going to museums, volunteering, participating in social justice movements...I am willing to try almost anything (well within reason)
