ABOUT ME

At the moment I am working as R&D engineer in Erlangen. I like to experience other cultures since my stay abroad in Istanbul for the masters thesis. My wife thinks the same way as me. She is studying theology and has been abroad in Indonesia for some time.
We love traveling, cooking, go swimming, doing sports, experience new cultures and lot of other things. But if we tell you all that things now, what would we talk about if you meet us.

PHILOSOPHY

We are both friendly and smooth persons but we also expect such a behaviour from our guests.
We like to help people, wherever we can, in job and in leisure. That is probably the reason, why we are awake until deep in the night ;-)

We want to give people a couch in the wonderful city of Erlangen.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Up to now we had a lot of lovely and adventurous Couchsurfing experiences in Germany, Ireland and Italy.

Interests

We like to cook and to have a good conversation while drinking beer or a good wine.
We like doing sports, especially jogging/swimming and badminton/tennis. When there is time left, I am creating webpages, I am sketching and painting and sometimes I am watching the stars with my telescope.
My girlfriend Kathrin likes working with children, travelling and of course ... shopping ! :-) ... and by the way: we love cats and nature!
