About Me

I'm currently living in Thailand as a teacher at a demonstration school. Backtracking a bit, I've been on the teaching track for the past 4 yrs living in Mexico, Korea, China and now Thailand. I value experience and wisdom over anything else. I think that everyone strives to feed themselves with experience in order to grow, no matter the age.
Other than that, i love photography, every asian food i've ever tasted, music with synth and 80's beats, a sprinkle of books here and there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see, learn, and experience. The best and easiest way to do that is through real-life experiences with people from around the world. Whether I'm staying at someone's place or meeting up for a day/night around town I'm sure we'll have a great time. That's why I'm on Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many to name, so I'll give my reasons why I like it all.

On music: it emulates the heart beat.

On movies: they're depictions of our nighttime dreams.

On books: I like the aesthetics of letters and word construction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The amazing thing I've done is that I decided to embark on a path with many unknown variables an uncertainties, and I learned to be happy with it. I think many people live life in comfort without happiness. I've decided to put happiness above comfort, and I think that's pretty amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're into letters like me, you'll have read the above and you'll be able to make a pretty good assumption about "Teach, Learn, Share."

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my favorite quotes, my ability to say "Hello" in quite a few languages, my passion for travel, and tips for travelling. I can share the answers I've come up with to the questions friends have asked or the things I've pondered when I'm bored. However, I can't assure that I'm correct. Maybe my answers will help you answer your own questions, though. I think that's a good bargain

I'll share my favorite quote right now,
"But on you will go though the weather be foul. On you will go though your enemies prowl. Onward up many a frightening creek, though your arms may get sore and your sneakers may leak. On and on you will hike, and I know you'll hike far and face up your problems whatever they are." - Dr. Seuss
