I am Alex (or Saša) and I am from High Tatras. I currently live in Gelnica, Slovakia with partner and I work in Košice, which is historical and second largest city in Slovakia. I work in local queer NGO, which is something I'm very passionate about.

I am an open-minded person, who loves to travel, to meet new people and learn from them. I believe that the world is a wonderful place that has much to offer. 🌻

Interests

I am a person who is fascinated by every form of art and I'd like to at least try and learn as many as I can. I take inspiration from every aspect of life and I’m doing my best to see the world as beautiful albeit complex place. I also enjoy spending time in nature to unwind, to rest or to explore. No matter if it's hiking, camping, swiming in the lake or snowboarding on a fresh fallen snow.

Indie, alternative, rock, folk, pagan/folk/power or symphonic metal, medieval, renessaince music, classical, world music and much more.

I don't have a favourite book or movie, but I enjoy science fiction, maily post apocalyptic setting, and I am a huge fan of animation. But good story is good story, no matter the genre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don’t know if amazing, but these are quite notable:

🇱🇰 Experienced train derailment in Srí Lanka
🇭🇺 Went kayaking in Hungary for 5 days
🇮🇸 Went glacier climbing on Vatnajökull on Iceland and seen Aurora Borealis the very same day
🇭🇺 Atteneded the banned Budapest Pride in june 2025
🇮🇳 Been invited and attended Diwali at Hare Krishna temple in Mamgaluru

I love to learn about other people, their experiences, their culture and their customs. I'd be glad to share my culture with other as well.
