ABOUT ME

I'm a chef and traveler. If it involves food, I am probably going to try to get there. I've spent the last 10 years as a professional chef, and have decided to travel and eat my way around the world. Meeting people and exchanging ideas, recipes and lifestyles.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to cook and eat. That's all that I do. I cook, then eat. Sometimes I eat while I cook.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only had one experience in Paris a few months ago and it was one of the best travel decisions I've ever made. Not only did I have the experience of staying with Parisians, I made a couple of friends as well.

Intereses

I'm interested in food, eating, cooking, and music. Traveling is usually a product of me trying to enjoy those things in the best ways possible. I spend a lot of time writing as well.

Música, películas y libros

When it comes to movies, I prefer silent, black and white, French films. I am open to all types of music, but I prefer electronic, underground hip-hop, and early 80's goth-glam rock. As far as books go, I am obsessed with cookbooks, or any food literature...

Algo increíble que he hecho

My current situation is probably the most amazing thing I've ever done. I woke up one day, and moved to Italy. There will be bigger and better things in life, but right now, getting out of my comfort zone, and away from what I know is the most important thing for me to experience personal, and spiritual growth.
