ABOUT ME

I am not sure what to say here. I try to spend the majority of my time planning and building an earthen home. When I am not working on that, I am usually playing guitar, making food, or gardening.

I feel that every day I live, I must get something done! I smile and laugh a lot, and I am very easy going.

I try not to expect anything from anybody, and I try to let everybody be who they are without passing judgment. I love most people, and I especially enjoy happy encounters with strangers.

Lately I've been trying to work on a constant positive perception of life, and keep my eyes on the road ahead. I realize that life is what you make of it, and everybody is in control of their own journey.

I love the outdoors! I enjoy kayaking, which I am very inexperienced at, running, backpacking... anything outside.

I also have a ton of respect for this planet and nature. Not a day goes by that I don't think of how amazing it is that we live in the world that we do.

PHILOSOPHY

Why work for somebody else doing something you don't enjoy doing, when you can work for yourself doing what you want to be doing?

I feel deep down humans desire to be free from plastic, credit, emissions, cash, and anything else that could be considered a distraction from nature.

The earth provides everything we could POSSIBLY need as a human race, so let's utilize that! We live in some incredible times and I believe the best thing for anybody to do is take the utmost advantage of it, while leaving behind what is best for future generations... because time is fleeting, and if we aren't spending our time making this world a better place, what are we doing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just want to offer my empty couch to someone that needs it for ease of traveling, as well as broadening my horizon through meeting new people! I also want to travel as soon as possible!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a couple from Latvia and a couple from the Czech Republic. Very wonderful CSing experiences. I hope to have many, many more!
