Hi! We are Alex and Pao. We are both mexicans currently living in Barcelona and travelling the world.

We have been married for 4 years now and we are just getting started with a new adventure since we moved to Barcelona, Spain on May 2017 and we decided to take a year off work to go on a sabbatical (full of adventures) year!

Both of us have worked for several years in the advertising and fashion industry back in Mexico. Alex is an advertising creative director, designer and photographer and Pao is a fashion stylist and designer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What we love the most is to keep learning and exploring. Meeting new people, getting to know new cultures, learning new languages and skills or whatever this world has to offer! Every time there's a chance to do any of these, is a chance to make life richer.

Teach, Learn, Share

What can we teach, share and help with:

- Photography (Alex is pretty good at it so be sure to check his Instagram account @alex.rds)
- Graphic and Web Design
- Marketing and advertising counseling
- Crafts and art projects
- Language teaching and practice (English and spanish)
- Taking good care of animals (Except cats, Alex is allergic). We specially love dogs. (Sadly, ours stayed with our family in Mexico)
- Having fun with children and teaching them new things.
- Sewing and clothing. (Pao knows how to do it, but we don't carry a sewing machine)

We are both very creative persons, so we'll be very happy whenever creating new stuff is involved and also we're very open to learning new skills.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We both are very interested in personal development, minimalism, arts and design (Pao is a freelance fashion stylist and I am a freelance photographer) and travelling of course.

So we can offer an international outlook of the world, sense of humor, interesting conversations and sharing a good time.

We'd love to learn much more about new cultures and ways of living. Sharing a beer while having a good conversation. Basically, having fun.
