I'm an outgoing introvert who loves music, movies, sports, and travel!

I have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, but my passion is traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing new things!

I just finished up being an Au Pair in Spain fulfilling one of my dreams and am now planning a trip with my sister to visit other parts of Europe and a few countries in Africa!

Thankfully I grew up with the opportunity to be able to travel to several countries and I have plans to keep exploring this incredible world!

I'm new to Couchsurfing, but I've been using Airbnb, hostels, and staying with friends while travelling the globe for years! So I figure it's a good time for a new way of traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The thing I love most about traveling is meeting people like me who love to travel and are actually doing it too!

There are too many people in this world who are all talk and no action. I prefer to make up my mind quickly and take the steps to follow it through right away.

Life's too short to just talk about lives we wish we would've had or things we wish we would've done "when we were younger"... so I'm gonna try my best to really live as many lives/adventures as possible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Back in April I got to hike Preikestolen with my good friend in Norway and sit at the edge of this beautiful rock!

Thankfully, I forgot about my bad knee until the way down and was able to find some frozen peas later on.. But the hike is always worth the view from the top!

Teach, Learn, Share

When I was 14, I went on a missions trip with my church to Thailand. We were taking taxies all the time so it was very important to learn our numbers so as not to be hustled and bargain a more "local" rate. So...I made up a story to remember the numbers 1-11 in Thai. But once you know those, you can basically say any number you'd like as, for example, fifteen is literally one-five; twenty-two is two-two...and so on. Here goes:

Nun (1) sang a song (2) to sam (3), see (4), who said ha! (5) hoke (6). I see a jet (7), bat (8), gow (...cow) (9). Then he took a sip (10) of his coke and said sipet (11) to Sam.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to make you my home-made hot cocoa with the recipe my mom and I whipped up together!

I'm a very clean person and always pick up after myself. I'd be more than happy to help out in the kitchen or where needed during my stay with you.
