About Me
I love learning a lot of trivial and useless things (particularly in history, geography, and sports) and that really makes for interesting conversations. I have an eclectic range of interests so I'm sure we'll find something in common to talk about. I love travelling and I wish I could do it more. When I travel, I don't just want to see places. Sure, places are a must, but I discovered that the beauty of travelling is in the people you meet along the way. Getting to know their cultures, what they do on weekends, where they go to eat, what the lifestyle is, and even the language they speak is what makes travelling worth it.
I also love sharing my own culture just as much as I love learning about others. I’m proudly from Manila, and I have a deep, almost obsessive love for this city. I want people to see Manila through my lens — exciting, chaotic, lived-in, creative, grungy, layered, and real. It’s not polished, but that’s exactly what makes it electric.
I’m gay and very comfortable hosting fellow LGBTQ+ travelers. Manila is honestly one of the gayest cities in Asia in ways people don’t always expect — from underground queer raves and drag shows to hidden bars, community spaces, and spontaneous after-parties. If you’re curious about the real, unfiltered queer energy of the city, I’d love to show you around.
Let’s exchange cultures, stories, and perspectives — and experience Manila beyond the guidebooks.
PS I'm a new host because I just recently moved into my beautiful home in Manila!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing gives me an opportunity to see places from the lens of the people who live there. I had the pleasure of getting hosted in Paris and getting toured by a local in Florence. These parts of my trip were the ones I enjoyed the most because I got to experience what the normal life is in these places -- and normal for them is extraordinary for me.
Now that I have a beautiful place in the center of Manila, I'd love to share a piece of me and my city with travellers who are interested in seeing beyond what they hear about Manila. You will be having a great time with me for sure :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I watched the Paralympics in Paris in 2024 and it is one of the best experiences of my life. I have always been a big fan of the Olympics so going there in the middle of the action and seeing iconic venues in real life such as the Court Philippe Chatrier is now part of my core memory.
