My name is Alfonso Cifuentes. I'm a teacher of English in a public primary school, and also at the university. I'm 28 years old. I love traveling, reading books, watching movies and listening music from everywhere. I'm very interested in knowing other cultures, religions and people from all around the world. I am into couchsurfing because it is a wonderful network to meet people as adventurous as me, with passion for traveling, discovering new things, live, share, and growth. This world is only one, and it must be shared, cared and respected.

Pues siendo sincero, en música, películas y lectura no hay nada escrito, todos tenemos gustos diversos y no soy la excepción. Mi cantante favorita es Amaia Montero, junto con Cher. Si, pero también disfruto de muchos mas artistas y músicos como Coldplay, Keane, Sia, Adele, entre otros.

De películas, todo lo que sea basado en vida real, drama, suspenso y sagas van conmigo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done hiking in such cool places around the world, but I could say my favorite is in Conguillio, Chilean national park.

Diving in Thailand was such a wonderful experience to me. It was like being into Finding Nemo's movie, if you haven't done that, just do it. It's awesome.

Parachuting is also something I love to do! I tried that in Thailand and it was excellent.

Puedo enseñar inglés y español como segunda lengua. Mucho sobre la cultura asiática (viví en Japón) y demasiado sobre los Mapuches. Trabajo en una comunidad Mapuche, una verdadera.

I can teach English and Spanish as second language. A lot about asian culture (I lived in Japan) and much more about the Mapuches. I am currently working in a Mapuche community. A real one.
