ABOUT ME

I have been travelling around Europe trying to see as much as possible, now I am living in Bordeaux to earn some money before travelling from here. I am really into Surfing and Kitesurfing and am planning on travelling to towns and area's where I can get onto the water.
I have worked in the Cycling industry for 2-3 years, In July, while the Tour De France is on I do not sleep much and I am very excited to have the opportunity to go see it while I'm in Europe.

I love to see live music and go out drinking with friends

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been surfing couches around Europe for 3 months and now that I live in Bordeaux I have the opportunity to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am relatively new to couchsurfing as I have only found out about it since I have arrived in Spain, but from the people I have met in Spain who are couchsurfers, I can see that the people are really nice and very friendly. I will definitely be using this community while I travel around Europe to full engage in each culture and meet new people.

Interests

Surfing - I have been a surfer for over 10 years, I do not know anything which gives me as much excitement then simply riding a wave.

Kitesurfing - I have been kiting for two years and am addicted.

Cycling - I've worked in the indusrty for 2-3 years and have been a avid cyclist for many many more. I've raced downhill mountain bikes, ridden 200+ kilometres one-day cycling tours, ride to work everyday and am addicted to watching Pro cycling tours

Boutique beers - I love to try different beers from all over the world

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy funny movies like 'The Hangover' and 'Zombieland' because I love to laugh about stupid things

I am into most types of music and if you can dance to it I'll most likely give it a crack

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sun setting over the horizon while sitting on my surfboard, off an island in Papa New Guinea. Watching another set roll in and just saying, "A few more."
