ABOUT ME

I enjoy spending time with people. I am all about meeting new positive and energetic people looking to share great experiences. My hobbies are pick up basketball, disc golf, wake boarding (just getting started), I enjoy yoga occasionally, weightlifting to stay fit, hiking, reading and writing. I have an older brother and a younger sister. They are both great! I grew up playing football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling, and in college I played varsity football. Recently, I bought a house in Charlotte, and it has been a liberating experience. I would love to travel more, and live for extended periods in different places around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Interpersonal relationships and self development/creation of self are the most important things in life. Be the best version of yourself for yourself, and then be the best version of yourself for others.

I would like to host, be hosted, and create meetups.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My former roommate introduced me to CS. He hosted all kind of events here in Charlotte. Through these meetups I have gotten a chance to meet some great people. There seems to be something similar with the CS members that I have met, and that is that they all seem to value freedom and be passionate about their experiences or life in general.

Music: 90s Pop and alternative, Indie, some pop.
Movies: A ton of favorite movies. Especially the ones that came out in 1999 - Office Space, Fight Club, Being John Malcovich, The Matrix, American Beauty, American Pie, The Green Mile, The Sixth Sense, Boondock Saints, Any Given Sunday.

I was recently the first person in the United States to see the Sunrise (at 5:45AM from Cadillac Mountain in Maine).
