One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled 340 km by bicycle back from Anbar to Najaf in one day, without any food,and with a lot of bags on my cycle.

I fasted 21 days without any food, just 5 dates/day and water.

I swam 19 km in Euphrates in my city Kufa, for 8 hours .
