About Me

I grew up in Jersey and I just graduated from Fordham University in New York City in May. I double majored in Communications (concentration in New Media) and International Political Economy. Its really just a lot of words that I haven't transformed into a career yet. I would love to do anything that encourages (and can fund) my travels.

I have a very go with the flow attitude and I'm always down for an adventure.

I love talking to people-learning about their backgrounds, experiences, life philosophies, etc. I believe its the best way to learn about the world and gain new perspectives.

I always say, "do it for the story"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My favorite thing about traveling is coming back with crazy stories about my adventures and the people I met.

I've always had the travel bug. A random fact about my life: in kindergarten my teacher asked us all what we wanted to be when we grow up. I said "world traveler" and that is still my dream today.

I'm new to CouchSurfing- the official website, but I've been an amateur couch surfer for years and quite honestly, I've fallen asleep on my own couch countless times -- But I'm really excited to meet new people. The best way to learn about the culture of place is through talking to locals.

Interests

I love to ski/snowboard, I played Rugby in college, and enjoy watching baseball games (red sox fan)

I love to laugh and have a good time. Huge fan of craft beers (or any beer really), wine... whiskey... tequila (on occasion)... really almost any kind of alcohol, I'm a social drinker

I'm a visual person so I love views, cool street art, beautiful greenery, skylines, and sunsets (who doesn't), and the occasional sunrise if I can get myself up that early.

I'm on a mission to find the best slice of nyc pizza (I've been to many places but please send me suggestions if you have)

I LOVE bacon but also my vegetables

I'm a giant Jenga enthusiast. I enjoy the occasional game of cards against humanity, catchphrase, and trivia nights at a chill bar.
