ABOUT ME

ALI: I came to Brasil after graduating from college with the intention of hanging around for a few months but ended up staying for 2 years! I teach English to pay the bills but hopefully one day I will be a Port/Eng interpreter in hospitals or some other job that I haven't figured out I'd be good at yet :) My favorite thing in the world to do is TRAVEL and since I can't right now, I look forward to have you here to "show" me your country.

MICHELE: I grew up in Rocinha in Rio de Janeiro. I have been playing guitar/singing since I was 12 years old. I love listening to music, meeting new people and drinking very cold beer!! haha I am currently learning English and studying Cultural Production. I have a band called Musaico and we are trying to put on shows once a month. I finally recorded 5 of my own songs! So come hang out on our couch and I will play them for you :)

MICHELE: was able to be married to my girlfriend here in brasil and finally working on recording my own music
