I've spent half of my life exploring new places and learning new things. I believe growth comes by changes and whoever tries more, learn more :)

I am Iranian (Persian). I started being a tourist when I was 11 years old; started by Turkey and Cyprus! Travelled to Europe several times and loved every single second of that. Moved to Canada in 2010 to start my PhD in civil engineering and then came to the USA.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy travelling and I love meeting new people, sharing new ideas and more importantly yummy foods :))

There is a sentence says, "If you want to know people, travel with them". Similarly, I believe if you want to get familiar with new people/new cultures/new languages etc., you should share your travel experiences with!

I believe mission of this website (Couchsurfing) is to help us try this challenge n that's why I m here!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a great variety of favorites especially for music...you believe me when you see wireless speakers everywhere in my house even toilets :))) Every morning, I enjoy singing in the shower, playing a coffee house acoustic song in my coffee time , or listening to a café del mar selection for my studying period time! I also love French songs even though I can't understand the whole meaning!!!
