I collect beautiful memories, not material. Love adventure, sushi and the overuse of the word awesome:). Workaholic. Glass is at least half full. I really don't have time for pessimists. Life is just to....awesome...for that!

I'm a digital entrepreneur. My company/blog/YouTube channel helps people with nutrition, healthy aging and weight loss based on science. That basically means we give objective information and advised based on what has been proven, not based on 'what we like and love'.

Besides all the above, I give self-esteem and communication training to medical professionals and private individuals.

Also I'm a GST fanactic. It's short for Gymnastic Strength Training. Which a very fun way of working out and getting slim and sexy. Don't forget strong and flexible.

If you are still reading: yes, I'm very busy indeed ;). But why waste my time on this lovely planet. Every second that ticks away will never come back.

I'm also the reigning world champion cuddling and I can touch my nose with my tongue. The former is quite useful. The latter not I'm afraid :P.

I don't bite and people say I have a very positive (and stoic) look on life. I just think I'm lucky :)

Meeting people and exchanging thoughts, ideas and experiences makes my day. I live by the principle of:
