I instantly love anyone that I meet around the world who is from Upstate New York. I am independent. I love my friends, and would do anything for them. I like beer.I hate ketchup. My favorite color is green. My eyes are green. I am random. I am in love with art history. I think shellac is an awesome word. I'll tell you the truth if you ask my opinion. Socks annoy me. I don't like meat, but I'm not a vegetarian. I hate re-makes of old movies. I prefer quality over quantity when it comes to having friends. I believe in chivalry. I am a bit superstitious. I love sunglasses. I don't smoke cigarettes. I designed a tattoo for myself, but I probably won't ever get it. I believe in fate and destiny, but I make my own luck. I love a challenge. I'm dynamite with a laser beam. I dearly love to laugh.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not sure yet... just signed up today.

However, I'd really like to be able to couch surf as much as possible as well as host other people in my own home. I'd like to be able to teach people about where I live and give them an "insider's" view.

Movies: Pride and Prejudice, Love Actually, Sleeping with the Enemy, The Departed, L'Auberge Espagnole, Solo Quiero Caminar... etc.

Music: Everything... including but not limited to: Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Juanes, The Beatles, and El Canto del Loco.

Books: Pride and Prejudice, Hoops, Memoirs of a Geisha, Relato de un Naufrago, The "Stephanie Plum" novels, and more that I can't think of right now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing that I have seen is the mountainscape of Asturias, the region of Spain where I currently live.... I can't get enough of it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I studied art history in college so I can share things about that, I know some good card tricks, I speak fluent Spanish, I'm a good cook, and I know a lot of random facts that I've picked up along the way.

I'd like to learn about local customs, traditions, and history of the places that I visit.
