ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Ali Ballantyne and currently I'm a student studying Natural Resource Conservation at UBC. I'm a Tom Robbins enthusiast and a seriously excitable when topics of waterfalls, gardening, sandwich eating in cool places, or lake dips come into the conversation. I've genuinely enjoyed all the jobs I have had in my life from working at a small japaribbean (Japanese/Caribbean) cafe to a public outreach coordinator at an NGO concerning water levels of the Great Lakes, or Morel mushroom hunting in northern British Columbia. I feel a magnetic pull towards people that share the passion to be creative with life.
