ABOUT ME

In short I'm: British, blonde, happy-go-lucky, inquisitive, mischievous, friendly and full of wanderlust.

On a random note I remember useless information about actors in movies. i'm also quite good at remembering names and faces..always useful when you move around. I guess you could say I'd be the perfect pub quiz companion (definitely-a British pastime); just don't ask me anything about sport...

I recently lived and worked in italy for a few years as an au pair/ragazza da pari or babysitter and English teacher. I really enjoyed this experience and have learnt much about myself from it. I guess you could say it was enlightening and character building. I would say it has made me realise that i have a flair for languages and a curiosity to explore (and conquer).

I love travelling and learning about cultures and languages, up til now it seems i've been reading about these places more than i have been travelling and exploring, but i hope to change that ;) with a little bit of determination and money i hope to fulfil my dream to travel the world in my own way. Who knows maybe I'll do it through couch surfing!

well i am a fully fledged music addict..
i love soo many bands and groups..but i'll pin down a few here: Snow patrol, razorlight, kings of leon. maroon 5, black eyed peas, michael jackson, janet J. tracey chapman. zero assoluto.mister mr. rhianna, neyo, beyonce, cascada, fergie. shakira. lady gaga, katy perry. christina A. justin, maddona, james morrison nelly furtado. Ietc and a million others i cant name... I really should update this list but in all honesty I can't be bothered.
movies... my ultimate movie that i've fallen in love with is "Ameliè" it's fabulously feel good and french .dirty dancing, hot fuzz, forrest gump, lord of the rings, enchanted. any tv adaptions of classic books... 24 (tv series) and hundreds more.
i really cannot say how many books i read. too many. classics, Bronte's, Beckett- especially Waiting for Godot,Jane Eyre, poetry, and books about languages, culture, language acquistion, history, psychology ecc.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

ridden on a camel and i didnt fall off! although i admit i lost a shoe. the Sahara desert and the salt lakes are truly picturesque and an amazing experience.

well i don't know how much i can teach you..but i guess we can share experiences that way etc...if anyone wants to help my progress with my italian that would be very much appreciated..and i can of course teach you english :))
