Last year I lived in Heidelberg learning German at the University. I am half British, but if I had to describe myself I would say I have the Mexican charm and warmth, but I also consider myself clean, organised and social. I love to have a good time and being with people who I can laugh with. I also love to travel, yoga and tequila.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I´m going to study International Communication and Media at HU Utrecht and classes start 1 of September. I have been in Italy and haven´t been able to be at Utrecht and search properly for a place, therefore I have no place to stay when Uni starts. I would love to just be able to stay one or two weeks while I look for a more permanent place. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite books are from Mario Vargas Llosa: "Travesuras de una niña mala" and "Pantaleón y las visitadoras" and Gabriel García Marquez: "100 años de soledad". My favourite movie is Judge and Prejudice, adapted from the book of Jane Austen. I like all kinds of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done was being able to be on one of the most beautiful places in the world, Machu Picchu. It was breathtaking since the beginning and super interesting how the incas achieved constructing there. I loved it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can speak fluent Spanish, English and German. I love cooking Mexican food and sharing my culture (in the right way, no texmex haha).

What I Can Share with Hosts

My mom lives in Querétaro, Mexico. It is big and it is always open for my friends. We also own a house in the beach. It is called Mazunte in Oaxaca. If I were to know you good, the doors of my house will always be open when you go to Mexico. Like we Mexicans say "Mi casa es tu casa" - "My house is your house".
