About Me
Hey folks :^)
Glad to be part of the Couchsurfing community! A few words about me – born and raised in France, I studied in Europe, and moved to big exciting London in 2016 to infiltrate the art scene. So grateful to be working with inspiring artists, creatives, galleries and collectors every day as a result.
I'm a athletic and positive-minded person – plant-based, non-smoker, non-drinker, emotionally fit, animal-lover. I care about social and environmental causes and proud myself to apply care in all aspects of my life – kindness is coolness right :^)
When I travel I love to learn from other cultures, meet like-minded people and forge long-term friendships – short ones are nice too!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am travelling to Montreal and New York this month (mid Sept-mid Oct), keen to connect with new pals! When I return to London next month, I look forward to hosting fellow surfers.
NB: I do not use CouchSurfing for dating. Only serious requests considered.
Interests
Go on big walks with my dog, explore the countryside, throw some big plant-based brunches for my friends and play board games, go to the cinema or the theatre, visit the London Buddhist Centre, go on meditation retreats, do Ecstatic Dance, eat yummy food at some of my favourite restaurants in town.
All wholesome stuff really – geeking about new fun projects, spending time with friends and family, volunteering with children and elderly people, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books
Quite an eclectic taste of music, from jazz and classical music, to rap and electronic music. Also love bringing my dad to the Blues Bar when he comes visit me in London.
I'm a big fan of indie cinema – French and Korean being my absolute fav! Again, all genres, though a preference for films that question society and makes us reconsider our every day life. Loved 'The Substance' this year!
In terms of reading: mostly non-fiction*, from philosophy, psychology, spirituality and mindfulness, to ecological writings and neuroscience. (*With one exception, I recently read 'All Fours' in 4 days and adored it)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I do this crazy thing of going on silent meditation retreat without phones, screens, books – essentially any distractions – for 10 days, and mediate 12h per day.
I always come back transformed :')
Teach, Learn, Share
There so much to learn from one another. I value active listening, peer encouragement and optimism. The world can be nuts (!), we need true friendships, sisterhood, community, and solidarity.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Generous hosts are so precious! I deeply respect opening your doors to strangers and making them feel at home when travelling can feel vulnerable at times.
You can expect me to respect your house as if it was mine. If you are chatty, I'm keen to share conversations. If you are more introvert, I'm happy to keep quiet and do my own things. Respecting everyone's space and being good communicators is key.
I love to cook, spend time with your animals (if you have any), water your plants if they are thirsty, and simply share the present moment to create good memories from travelling to new places!
