I am a graduate student studying for my History MA at Yale. I was born and grew up in the UK and am in the States for two years and keen to see as much of the country as I can before returning home!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a graduate student funds are short! But the main reason is that I love meeting new people and nothing beats a bit of local knowledge. I was brought up in an Air BnB house (my mum loves to host) and I am a courteous, clean, and considerate guest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Since I turned 17 I have travelled (mostly solo) on and across 5 continents, meeting new people, seeing amazing places, and discovering wonderful new things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a good cook, mix a great Caipirinha and am very prepared to muck in when it comes to the house!
