I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and freelance writer. I write feature articles and do website copywriting for impact-driven businesses. I did a 500km trek once (it took about a month!), helped launch a creative community in Kuala Lumpur, and ran a Halloween-themed fitness class last year where people got to whack ghost piñatas.
