I'm South London born and raised, with 3 younger sisters and a close family. I'm an illustrator and bartender...and part time nomad. I studied in Liverpool and wrote a thesis in Cuba. I play the guitar (and sing when no ones listening) and am learning the ukelele to travel with. I like to cook...and make big salads. I've spent lots of time in Latin America and love speaking Spanish.

I'm currently travelling with my boyfriend Darren down from the States to South America with our tent...working for our accommodation as we go.

Hi there, I'm Darren from Grimsby in the north east of England. I am a cabinet maker and general tree enthusiast! Lover of reggae flavoured music, big chats and chess games. I finished my apprenticeship down in London, after a degree in fine art painting, and met Alice in her hometown, Tooting.

Our journey is an open ended one...travelling down through the Americas, picking up as much knowledge and inspiration about self sufficient living to take back to the UK and begin building a house!

We can cook, clean, work in the garden...and Darren is good at house repairs (and any small building jobs if you point him in the right direction.) We're happy babysitting and are pet, family and housemate friendly...
