ABOUT ME

I'm always been down for everything and anything :) I love to travel - I love to see all the different ways life can be lived and is lived. I especially love traveling alone - and that's because I feel like you meet exponentially more people when traveling alone. Growing up in Texas with immigrant, interracial parents, I think I saw many ugly sides of the U.S.A., so yeah, I try hard not to judge or stereotype. A couple of months ago I started a year-leave from an MD/PhD program in NYC to work on my writing and figure out what I want to do with my life (or at least the immediate future).

I've heard amazing things and would love to become part of such a community. I don't really have a "home" at the moment so I can't give back that way yet, but hopefully soon!
