ABOUT ME

I am 22 year (north) american student studying in Buenos Aires. I am technically a student at the University of Washington but I´ve been studying abroad for 1+ years(first in spain, now in bs as) and I graduate this year (yea!). I love meeting new people but I can be shy at first (at least in spanish, not so much in english) but once you get to know me, I'm pretty talkative.

Other exciting factoids...
I loose my keys like 12 times a day.
I frequently break bones in all sorts of exciting ways, cars, bikes, buses, gymnastics, stairs etc.
I love onions and beef
I have a really dark sense of humor. And I am totally politically uncorrect and I like sarcastic people.
My favorite drink is fernet mint even though I think it tastes like cough syrup
I am really disorganized although I wish I wasnt and so sometimes I try and it lasts for a day.
I dont drive and I dont want to but you can drive me somewhere, I dont have anything against cars
I read alot and I studied latin but I still think only assholes use really long big words in conversation.
My dream job is to be war correspondent and my idol is Martha Gellhorn but god I hope my life doesnt end up like hers.
I like my dog more than most people but I really really like my dog so I still like most people anyway.
I really want everyone to feel relaxed around me. I hate when people feel uncomfortable, like they have to dress a certain way or talk a certain way.
And thats just about it!

but im currently reading longitudes and attitudes by thomas freidman and Im currently obsessed with watching entourage and the history channels the universe... even though its kind of making me depressed... i see why a lot of physists end up being religious.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got runover by a bus in Bs As,I met a boyfriend's devout muslim parents in morocco... most traumatizing meet the parents event ever. I've also hitchhiked in Spain , lost everything I owned in Ireland, got stuck in a parking gargage for 9 hours at Heathrow during a terrorist scare, traveled to New Zealand by myself, got food poisoning on the flight back from australia (and actually used (many many) barf bags for there actually purpose versus doodling), and of course embarassed myself over and over again while learning spanish in sevilla... and continue to embarass myself in bs as! In retrospect... none of that seems good but it was some how great.

I´m a useless cripple. Ha ha. No. Really... I´d be happy to help anyone practice english. And I am always always always looking for people to go skiing with. I'm patient with beginners and I normally can ski the entire mountain (including some double diamonds as long as its not to icey or super heavy powder).
