I'm a 25 year old entrepreneurial artist living in a crusty, artsy, loving neighborhood in Indianapolis. I own my own little tattoo shop there, but will be traveling around for the next few months to see something other than flat land and cityscape.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new, but eventually I'd love to host people in Indianapolis so I can show them that it's not just the city of the Indy 500 and the Colts and that it has some pretty neat stuff hidden in the cracks.
I haven't surfed much with other people, I've only done AirBnB before, but would like to surf the majority of this road trip I'm on when I'm not camping!!

My current obsessions are podcasts, specifically Mysterious Universe.
I don't watch much TV as I haven't had one, nor the internet in almost 6 years! (I do now, don't worry)

Music: I love anything with slide guitar and an old gruff voice. Also, bands like Air, Kurt Vile, Alex G, St. Vincent, George Harrison, Donovan, Electric Light Orchestra, Fleetwood Mac, Leo Kottke, Muddy Waters, Ravi Shankar, Neil Young, Real Estate, Tame Impala, Andy Shauf, Beck...etc.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A few winters back I swam with a pod of 400 wild Dusky dolphins in open ocean in Kaikoura, New Zealand. There were also a few Sperm whales and Humpbacks in the area, loads of Albatross, seals, and a background of snow-capped mountains. Beyond breath taking until I got wicked sea-sick!
