New to couch surfing!!! Looking to have a great first experience when I come to New York/Canada in summer! a 22 year old teacher currently living in Eastbourne on the south coast of the U.K.! I work for a charity called Teach First (similar to Teach for America) so work in a school in a low income area. My Master's degree is in women's studies so I love teaching critical theory and challenging their perceptions. I hope to do a PHD someday if the government will give me money to apply feminist philosophy to women's cinema.

My favourite books are seen through the lens of my pupils now. You just cannot beat teaching To Kill a Mockingbird. Favourite book will always be Mrs Dalloway.
