I discovered my love for traveling only a few years ago in undergrad, and I've had the travel bug ever since. I'm a Chicagoland native but hope to call many new places home in the future.

I am pursuing my Master's degree in Security Studies at Georgetown University because I am interesting in the intersection between security and development.

I want to travel the world on a student budget!

I first heard about couch surfing next to a lady on a plane ride to Hong Kong, and then my Arabic language partner in DC was a couch surfer host and had a great experience with it.

It's a great way to get a local perspective and to travel on a budget.
