I'm learning to meditate and I have been generously introduced to different forms of meditation by the fantastic people on Koh Phangan. I have sales and social media experience. I don't drink.
I strongly believe in integrity. I'm a social butterfly, and I'm easy going. If we have a common journey you've probably already spotted me at seaboard haha.
I spend majority of my evenings on Zen Beach. I've a strong pull towards the water and sunsets although even though I'm here nearly a month I still have missed out on the sun rises.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My style of travelling changed from hostels to couch surfing with locals on Koh Phangan. I've a TEFL and I've thought conversational English for accommodation, I have volunteered at a Buddhist primary school for food. With friends I have made on this island in my three weeks, I have helped them with airbnbs, house keeping, chores, their shops and marketing. Until recently I have been using the opportunities I have obtained through in person connections, but I also want to move around the island a little bit more.

I'm also here to relax and vacation a bit, so possibly looking for people with a similar balance between work and leisure.

Interests

I’m currently really interested in meditation through breath work and the healing arts. I feel like I’m repeating this again but working with animals, going to the beach and spending quality time with good people. I’m not vegetarian nor vegan but I love eating out in smaller Thai businesses and especially got a big taste for tofu. I love to explore, dance and express myself. I’m in my listening and learning phase of life so to be honest the best thing that can happen for me is to be given an opportunity to learn something new.

Teach, Learn, Share

Although I've quite an extensive knowledge on B2C sales, customer experience management, social media management. I'm in my listening and learning stage. In the 3 weeks I have spent on Koh Phangan ( mainly west coast), I have been put up to the challenge of helping friends with their clothing brands, teaching them on upselling and simple psychological sales strategies. I have cleaned houses, I have been taught how to paint, meditate and be mindful. I'm very compassionate, I've great listening skills and enjoy spending time with people. So maybe someone just needs some picking up and that's okay. I'm as lost as they come haha.

I have my 120 Hour TEFL, and I primary teach young kids, I've loads of energy for child-minding. I'd ideally love to meet a host with pets. ( I have a beautiful cat and dog back home in Ireland, currently staying with my family.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm attentive, creative and of a good spirit. As I've mentioned in the Teach Learn Share section. I have a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). I work well with kids and animals. I'm patient and always looking for opportunities to learn something new. I'm a great house keeper, and if you have a business of any sorts and looking for additional help, advice. I'm here too.
